Bakkhos Hotel Room Facilities We have designed our accommodation with the thought of people who enjoy the good life in mind. We have nine spacious bedrooms and a special suite with a seperate living room, all with en suite shower/toilet facilities. Five of our rooms have a large king-size bed and five of them have twin beds. Most rooms have an additional bed settee where it might be needed for an extra person. The suite has a large king-size bed, en suite bath room and a large, but relaxing livingroom with duel frontage. One window view , as well as the bedroom window, overlooks our vineyards and valley and the other view is at our gardens. All rooms have a large veranda with really nice seating areas and views on the gardens. The largeness of our verandas ensures it is nicely shaded what ever time of the day and also serves the double purpose of ensuring your room is really cool. All our rooms have an unique individualism designed by ourselves in keeping with our location and surroundings and finished to a high standard by local craftsmen. A variety of antiques, paintings and handicrafts gives Bakkhos a warm personal touch which contributes to your feeling of relaxation the minute you walk through the door. Our hacienda-style building is situated in beautiful laid out gardens in nature which contains a variety of seating areas in sun and in shade. You can sip your drink around the old water well or find a secluded spot under a palm-leaf parasol to read your book, or day dream in the sun while you soak up the rays. If it gets too hot for you take a dip in our 5 x 10 metres swimmingpool which at its shallowist is 165 cm graduating to 220 cm deep.
